Dear Sir/Madam
On 14 January a day was arranged by the Willow Foundation for my daughter, (Hayleigh my carer), and myself to have a visit to London and do things I previously could only dream of due to my health problems. We never thought that this would include a stretch limo for the day !
I felt I had to write to you to thank you for the wonderful vehicle, but mainly for this absolutely fantastic driver Edmund you sent to us. From the moment we first met him at the door, until we arrived back home that night, nobody could have done more to assure our day was perfect. Edmund was always there for us, to open and close doors, to help me in and out of the limo, get things in and out of the boot, take us on a tour of high points of London and always let us know when we were near our next destination and always with a smile.
So thank you for helping us have a wonderful day, but mainly a massive THANK YOU EDMUND for making our day complete, you are fantastic.

I would just like to say thank you for the great Limo trip we had on August 28th. My inlaws had a great day on the Orient Express in front of them and thought they were getting to London Victoria by Taxi and Train, so when your stretch Limo turned up that was the icing on the cake.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for organising the Limo. Everything went really well and Kelsey's face was a picture, not to mention her friends, they all ran out into the Close screaming. Kelsey just couldn't stop thanking us all day, she was so thrilled.
I'll try and send some piccies when I get them downloaded, it was a great day and we were so lucky with the weather, but the Limo just topped the lot and of course it helped having an excellent driver, he was such a nice man.

Karen, I just wanted to thank you all for the excellent service once again given to me regarding my booking for today. I have always received excellent service and once again you did not let me down.
Our driver today (I think his name was Mervin), was second to none. He was extremelly polite and helpful and made my niece feel so special at celebrating her 16th birthday.
I know I always ask for yourself, but whoever I speak to when calling, I am always greeted with friendly and helpful staff who will go out of their way to assist me should you not be available.

Used your Party Bus for my daughter's prom on 1st July 2009. It was absolutely fantastic and was exactly like the photos.
The best thing was the chauffeur Marvin who was friendly, helpful and conscientious; please pass our thanks on to him because he put all of us Parents at ease.

Hi my name is Megan Clark.
I had a Make-a-wish trip to London, where I was lucky enough to get a ride in a limo for the second day of the trip. The limo driver's name was Edmund, and he was extremely nice :)
He took us to Topshop on Oxford st, then to Knightsbridge where we were dropped off at Harrods. After this, Edmund met us round the corner to take us to the Hard Rock Cafe. Everyone watched as we stepped out the shiny white limo!

It was nice of Edmund to give us his mobile number so that we could call up and take a short ride to the next destination. It'll definitely be something that I'll remember, and it was clearly a great point of the day, stepping in and out of the limo :)
At the final stop, outside the Radisson SAS hotel, Edmund said goodbye and had his picture taken with me, which I have attached.
Please let Edmund know how much I enjoyed the day and the limo rides.

Hi Mandy............................as you have probably found out now, the day was a HUGE SUCCESS! And all thanks to A1 and the wonderful team of people who supported us. This was the 18th year that KLS has held the party and it is always very well supported by our local senior citizens.
It also makes you realise just how important these little outings mean to these people, it is clearly an important project for students as well.

That was an awesome night out at the O2,
Nickelback were fantastic and the kids totally loved it especially as we got upgraded seats right next to the stage.
The Limo made the whole experience extra special and was worth every penny. When we arrived people must have thought we were the band!!!
Our driver Don is a credit to your company, a real gentleman who could not have been more helpful.
You have helped to make my sons Birthday the best ever. He was so proud and had such a wonderful time that it brought a tear to my eye. He is now THE coolest kid around.

I just wanted to say a very big thank you for the excellent service we were given by your company in organizing a hummer for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. We were very impressed and were especially pleased with Rico, our driver, on the night. He arrived early and had allowed enough time to find our house (which is in a rural area) to ensure he wasn’t late. He was very smartly dressed, very polite and was wonderful with my daughter and her friends. The car was fantastic and everyone loved it.

I have today telephone your office and thought I would also drop you a line to say thank you for offering such an excellent service from beginning to end for My Mums suprise 70th Birthday bash. Initially the price offered for my hire requirements was very competitive in relation to other quotes I received and once I had decided to book with you the whole process was professional and thorough. I received confirmation by email of the booking with all the necessary details and any changes made to the hire requirements were also confirmed to me via email which for a control freak like me was very important !!!!!!
The Car arrived on Saturday 28th February bang on 1:30pm as requested and we were delighted with our stretch Porsche - Mum was particularly impressed !!!!! Our driver was Carmine and he was again thoroughly professional and friendly. We arrived at the BBC Television Centre within plenty of time for our 4pm tour and enjoyed a much needed coffee before entering into the BBC Centre. Upon leaving the tour some two hours later our car and Carmine were waiting for us and both were warm and inviting!!!! Carmine then whisked us off to The Blue Bird Restaurant Kings Road Chelsea and we arrived again with perfect timing to enjoy a gorgeous meal with birthday cake!!! Upon leaving the restaurant the car for our return journey was outside waiting for us (This time it was a Range Rover Stretch !!!) I did not get the drivers name on the return journey but again he was professional, accommodating and friendly. The return journey took us past all the sites of London which was great and we returned to our destination in good time with everyone in our party Very happy and very weary !!!!
Just brilliant so thank you to both drivers for making this occasion very special but especially Carmine and of course all the office staff who have also been fantastic. I will not hesitate to recommend your services in the future.

Good Morning
Just felt we had to write and say what a fantastic night the girls had last night and how well Edmund looked after them all.
I must admit I was a little concerned sending 9, sixteen year old girls off into London on their own but he made the evening and the girls thought he was great - right down to the numerous photo calls he was asked to do!
We have several events coming up over the next year or so and will defintely not only use your company again but also request Edmund as a driver.
He really was superb and a credit to your company.
The whole experience, from the ladies who took the booking who were really friendly and a joy to deal with, right up to the point where the girls were dropped back at home, was superb.
We couldn't fault the service.

Dear Tina, what a fantastic surprise to see a Hummer stretch outside the Flag pub in Watford on Saturday evening. Couldn't believe it when Chris said we'd been upgraded - you made all of my party so excited. Driving through the West End was superb to watch 90% of the watching public take photos and videos of us driving along and wave at us!! You made 10 individuals feel like royalty. Chris was an absolute diamond throughout the whole evening. So professional and catered for us throughout the evening. Surprise Limo for Daughter and friends to Wembley Arena
Last night was excellent and Alan was great. The Harley was something else and I truly thank you and the whole team for making my daughter's 13th birthday the best night of her life (well all of ours actually!).
I work for a corporate travel company and I have already threatened my colleagues with the silent treatment if they book a limo with any other company. I can honestly say that should any of my clients enquire about limos I will DEFINITELY be passing your details on to them.

After trying several other limousine services, we were initially attracted to A1 by the impressive array of unique vehicles that they had on offer. However, it was the level of personal service that we received from making our initial enquiry to when we were finally dropped off at the end of the night that really impressed us.
Every member of staff was genuinely dedicated to ensuring that we were taken care of at every stage right through to the very end.

I originally booked another company for Limo Hire who let me down on the morning of the event, with not much help from them and being told "tough", I thought I would have to cancel the surprise birthday outing for my husband which I had been planning for over 2 months. Upon phoning you, I couldn't believe how helpful Eddie Dillon was. He bent over backwards to resolve the situation, which you did and the night went ahead and was absolutely fantastic, everyone was astounded with the cars you provided and we felt like stars, and as I'd hoped my Husband was speechless. Paul McCracken and Steve the drivers were fantastic so friendly and helpful, even with a rowdy bunch like us, I don't know why I didn't come to you to start with but that is a mistake I will not repeat, we will definitely be recommending you and will be using you again. It's nice to know that there are still companies like you out there who are so interested in there clients' needs and happiness and offering great customer service than simply just making money,

On Saturday the company hired one of your limos to take 14 members of staff to Ascot. Yet again no company can come close to A1's service. The limo arrived promptly and our chauffeur was an excellent ambassador for your company. Every time we stepped out of the limo leaving a trail of chaos behind we would step back in to what appeared to be a new limo, he must of spent all day tidying up after us!
As far as I am concerned there is only one limo company to use.

I have been a user of A1 for quite a while now hiring all vehicles from the smallest stretch up to our favourite, the Navigator. I had quite a few friends with me on the 16th of March that had never been in a limo before, including my partner.
They were very impressed with the Navigator. To arrive in London amongst the other limo's in the Navigator and then to be picked up at 4am by the same car and driver made our evening start and end so smoothly. Can I also send my regards to all the drivers, and the staff at the office who are always flexible and professional towards my needs. |
